Tires are your only contact with the ground — and the single most impactful component for traction, handling, and safety. The wrong tires for your terrain transform a capable ATV into a frustrating, dangerous machine.

Tire Types Explained

Knobby (off-road): Deep, aggressive tread for mud, loose dirt, and rocky terrain. Our Knobby Off-Road Tire is the standard choice for Pakistani trail riding. All-terrain: Moderate tread for mixed hard-pack and loose surfaces. Turf/safety: Minimal tread for lawn and hard surface — not recommended for off-road.

Most Pakistani riders benefit from knobby tires on all four corners. Match tread pattern front and rear for predictable handling.

Sizing and Fitment

ATV tire sizes appear as three numbers: overall diameter, tread width, and rim diameter (e.g., 25x8-12). Your owner's manual specifies compatible sizes. Deviating significantly affects speedometer accuracy, gearing, and clearance.

Pressure and Maintenance

Off-road pressure typically ranges 4–7 PSI. Lower pressure increases traction but risks debeading on hard cornering. Higher pressure improves fuel economy but reduces grip. Check pressure cold before every ride.

Rotate tires every 50 hours to even wear. Inspect for cuts, embedded rocks, and sidewall cracking. Replace when tread depth falls below 3mm or after 2–3 seasons of heavy use.

When to Replace

Signs you need new tires: visible cord, sidewall cracks, punctures that cannot be repaired, rounded tread blocks, or consistent loss of traction on familiar terrain.
