Every ATV sold by Subhan Enterprises includes a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in engine and major components. Understanding what your warranty covers — and how to maintain it — ensures you receive full support when you need it.
What Is Covered
The standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the engine, transmission, electrical system, and frame for 12 months from delivery date. This includes engine internal components, drive system, and factory-installed electrical parts.
Warranty service is performed at our Lahore workshop by trained technicians using genuine parts. We document all warranty claims and aim for resolution within 5–10 business days depending on parts availability.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear items — brake pads, tires, filters, fluids — are owner maintenance responsibility. Damage from accidents, misuse, racing, flooding, or unauthorised modifications voids warranty coverage.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules (oil changes, filter cleaning) may void engine-related claims. Keep records of all maintenance performed.
Making a Warranty Claim
Contact us immediately if you discover a defect. Do not attempt major repairs yourself — unauthorised work may void coverage. Our team will diagnose the issue and determine warranty eligibility.
For out-of-city customers, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We coordinate repair arrangements and can advise on approved local mechanics for minor warranty work where appropriate.

Subhan Enterprises support extends beyond warranty expiration. Our workshop provides paid servicing, genuine parts, and technical advice for the life of your machine. We maintain parts stock for all models we sell.

Does warranty cover delivery damage?
Inspect your ATV upon delivery and report any transport damage within 24 hours. We arrange repair or replacement for damage occurring during insured shipping.
Can I service my ATV elsewhere without voiding warranty?
Routine maintenance (oil changes, filter cleaning) may be performed elsewhere if documented. Major warranty repairs must be authorised through Subhan Enterprises.
